Wine and olive oil are noble products. They have, during all of history, provoked passion. This is why a lot of wine growers in the Mediterranean pride themselves of their olive oil production, and not only for their own consumption. Oliviera has assembled a few of the wines and oils of such producers in one venue to flatter the dishes.

Oliviera offers you a short but ever varying menu of its specialties with a choice of olive oils, allowing you to sample them in their real context: food; The oil's real gustative values are better expressed when sprinkled on fresh vegetables, braised or raw meats, fresh cheeses, salads and even desserts.

Once you have tasted our oils with our dishes, we hope to secure your orders and not only for the short term. We will, of course, allow you to sample the oils if you are simply not hungry or in a hurry, before you commit yourself.
